Experience:
•3 years of experience in corporate learning & development
•Minimum 2.2/Upper Credit Degree
•Relevant advanced degree in a relevant field of study is a plus Competence:
•Experience in delivering a wide variety of high-quality learning programs
•Excellent interpersonal & coaching skills
